Regression therapy is a powerful and much faster healing technique to transform oneself than traditional psychotherapy.
Regression therapy can heal on an emotional, mental, physical and spiritual level.
It gives us an in-depth understanding of why, we and people around us behave in certain ways. Also, it is quite unique in releasing body traumas.
It is not necessary to believe in past lives to benefit from regression therapy. Sometimes it is too painful to work on the current life and the subconscious mind creates the perfect metaphoric life in the past to enable you to work on your issues. Whether the ‘past life’ is real or not does not affect the powerful healing you get from the experience.
It uses an altered state of mind (hypnosis or bridge) to go back to the source of the problem where transformational work takes place. It allows you to free yourself from:
- childhood traumas
- unexplained or chronic physical pain
- recurrent emotions
- thoughts and patterns of behaviour
- repeated conflicted or abusive relationships that hinder your quality of life.
- A chronic pain might stem from childhood trauma or an accident where the memory of the trauma is
- imprinted in the body. The source might be in your current life or a past one.
For relationship problems, contracts with people in your life can be looked at to understand your and their behaviour. Residual hurt and anger can be eased by meeting the perpetrators, recurrent feelings of guilt may have started in a past life and persist without a reason in a current life.
You will be guided back in the current life and further into a past life if the source is in the past life.
Past lives can also bring resources and strengths, which are unconscious or not acknowledged. These help by increasing self-esteem, give the necessary strength to change and support finding one’s path.
Note: sessions last between 2 and 3 hours.
